Belfast targets Dublin funds under initiative

Financial services companies based in Dublin will be allowed to relocate some of their functions north of the border to escape high costs and skills shortages, under a deal announced on Monday.
Peter Robinson, Northern Ireland finance minister, who was on Monday elected leader of the Democratic Unionists, announced the agreement in Belfast with Brian Cowen, his Irish counterpart.
