Unilateral independence for Kosovo could have a knock on effect on other European countries where separatist sentiment is rife. Analysts with France Presse news agency say in a memo that Spain, where the separatists have long been pushing for the breakaway of Catalonia and the Basque Country has already said it will not recognize Kosovo independence.
